Pingoo provides scheduled HTTP checks against URLs you configure, along with dashboards and history to help you observe availability and latency. Features depend on the version you deploy.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable; for self-hosted deployments, updates are under your control.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Many deployments are self-hosted without payment to Pingoo; in that case this section may not apply.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data for the Service.
The Service, branding, and related materials are owned by their respective licensors. Open-source components remain under their licenses.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MONITORING RESULTS ARE INFORMATIONAL AND DO NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY OR SECURITY OF YOUR SYSTEMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Pingoo AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD $50), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You will defend and indemnify Pingoo against claims arising from your use of the Service, your monitoring targets, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator hosting this deployment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
