Refund Policy

1. Self-hosted software

If you run Pingoo on your own infrastructure without purchasing a subscription from us, there is typically no payment to refund. Costs you incur (servers, domains, etc.) are between you and those vendors.

2. Paid subscriptions (if offered)

If we offer a paid plan and you purchase directly from us, refund eligibility will be stated at checkout and in your order confirmation. Unless we explicitly advertise a money-back period, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

To request a refund where one applies:

  • Email us with your account email and proof of purchase.
  • We aim to respond within a few business days.

3. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access where permitted.
